I go to airports a lot and I often think it is a shame that I am not sharing all the exciting goings on with you when I am there (actually not a lot goes on generally).
These guys are driven by their care for the customer in everthing they do, which is excellent. But it left me a little confused. Can anyone explain customer care and the link to empty service desks again?
